The character of natural leather
Leather is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain, texture and finish may occur from one product to another and may become more pronounced with use. You may notice natural marks, subtle blemishes, creases, scars, scratches or other irregularities. These characteristics are not manufacturing defects. They are part of the individual character and authenticity of the leather.
No two pieces will be identical, and this is precisely what makes each product distinctive.
Handcrafted variation
Our products are made and finished by hand, one piece at a time. Small differences in stitching, texture, colour, finishing and overall appearance may therefore occur between products, or between the product shown online and the item you receive.
These variations are a natural result of the craft process and should not be interpreted as flaws.
Colour and product imagery
We make every reasonable effort to present product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, the colour you see may vary slightly from the actual product because of photographic lighting, the natural variation of leather, and differences between mobile, tablet and desktop screen settings.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will be an exact representation of the product received.

Natural marks, colour variation, changes in texture and other characteristics inherent to the material are not considered defects or flaws.
Where a concern relates solely to the natural characteristics of the leather or normal handcrafted variation, it will not be treated as a product defect or accepted as a return on that basis, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
