By leaving your leather equestrian product with us for repair or alteration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Risk of Damage: We take great care in handling and working on your product, but there is always a risk of damage or further deterioration during the repair or alteration process.
2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the repair or alteration will restore your product to its original condition or meet your expectations, but we endeavour to exceed them.
3. Liability Limitation: Our liability for any damage or loss, including consequential loss, is limited to the cost of the repair or alteration.
4. Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on our repairs or alterations, and we try to ensure that our work is done to a high standard.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the repair or alteration.
6. Ownership: You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the product or have the owner's permission to have it repaired or altered.
7. Payment: Payment is due upon collection of the repaired or altered product.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the repair or alteration will be resolved through mediation or arbitration by South African law.
