Do you repair boots from other brands?
Yes. We repair quality leather footwear regardless of brand or where purchased.
How does nationwide courier collection work?
We arrange door-to-door collection and return delivery across South Africa once your repair is confirmed. Average courier cost is R449 to and from nationwide destinations.
What photographs should I send?
Send clear photos of the full boots, the soles, the inside and close-ups of every damaged area. Good light helps us assess accurately.
How long does a repair take?
Minor repairs average 3–7 working days. Major repairs and alterations average 9–18 working days. We confirm the expected timing with your quotation.
Can you alter the calf circumference of tall riding boots?
Yes. Calf, ankle and top circumference alterations can be assessed, including widening and narrowing.
What is Boots Renew™?
Boots Renew™ is our complete restoration service, combining cleaning, conditioning, colour restoration, structural work and refinishing where needed.
