Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@helloquality.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges We allow exchanges for other items of the same value, Gift Cards or store credit.


Refunds

Refunds are made available only when an item is bought online and not dispatched, this will be made between 3-6 working days. If a Purchaser Cancels an Order after making a Credit/Debit Card Payment Or if a Discount needs to be applied after a Website Processing Error (Which will be investigated fairly) Partially why a Refund takes 3-6 working days are to ensure a true reflection of funds/payment at our Bank before we reimburse the Purchaser.

Get to know Cass & Jump Jet

  • Cassidy Clarke: What an incredible journey it has been with my best four-legged friend “Jump Jet” Together we
    started in the baby showjumping classes in 2015 & slowly worked our way up
    the grades. Some moments have been a challenge but others equally rewarding and
    exhilarating!

    Fast forward to 2018, we met the owners of Hello Quality Equestrian. In August that year, we were lucky to join the team as Brand Ambassadors. A big
    thank you to HQE for their ongoing support and their incredibly beautiful,
    hand-made products that I am very lucky to ride in every day!

    In the last year or so, Jumpy and I have had some incredible moments together and have managed to start 2020 with a bang - jumping clear and placing in our first graded 1.25m class. I am very excited for the future... Jumpy has allowed me to dream big and that’s exactly what I’m doing! This year I’d love to travel to a few away shows particularly Olympia in George and possibly SA Adult SJ Champs in Stokkiesdraai towards the end of the year.

    My biggest goal this year is to compete in the 1.3m classes. I am very lucky to be sitting on such an honest, talented & special thoroughbred that has allowed me to dream this big!. I hope 2020 will be a fantastic year for all riders and especially for the Hello Quality Equestrian team. Best of luck andsuccess to Hello Quality Equestrian - you guys rock!|

Meet Neriske & Origan

  • We are super excited to welcome Neriske Prinsloo who
    has joined the Hello Quality Equestrian team as a Brand Ambassador😍

    Neriské is a professional Show Jumper who began riding at the age of nine when her dad helped her to save up for her first pony named Slippers.
    Today she is one of SA’s top riders on the FEI world ranking list.

    Even as a young adult she was not sponsored but still believed she can make it to the top and be an Olympian. With talent, hard work and dedication
    she worked herself up to compete at the highest level. Some of the highlights
    of her early career were winning the World Cup Final Qualifier in Cape Town
    2010 on Bill Clinton, winning the Avis Micro Derby 2010 on White Spirit C and
    she came 2nd in the SA Riders Champs 2011 on Balito Bay.

    She chased her dream and went overseas in 2010 without anything else than pure guts and determination. Neriské and Bill Clinton competed
    successfully internationally with highlights jumping at the CSI4* Grand Prix 1.60m of Antwerpen in Belgium on Bill Clinton 2013, CSI4* Grand Prix 1.60m of Lummen in Belgium and CSI4* Doha World Cup 1.60m in Qatar. Neriské competed with Effect van den Bisschop for South Africa in the 2014 World Equestrian
    Games.

    Neriské competed successfully in the Longines Global Champions Tour, Olympic Qualifiers, CSIW5*****, CSIO5*****, CSI4****, CSI3***, CSI2** and CSIYH
    vents the past few years on her young horses and as a working rider for other studs.

    In 2015 Neriske decided she wants to use her experience and lessons learned abroad together with the success she experienced in her career to give back to her country and community. She is still competing as a professional
    show-jumper and getting top results in National, Provincial and Local shows since she came back to South Africa.

    Neriské Prinsloo bought a farm in Middelburg, Mpumalanga and is in the process of starting a world-class Equestrian Venue, including international
    standard fiber arenas to accommodate World Cup Events. One of her goals is to
    invest in upcoming talent and build a Mpumalanga Team up on each level and taking them to the very top.
